Outside work, Melissa supports community causes and enjoys family time, especially cheering on her son Grant at AQHA events.

Natalie joined the Hire team directly out of college and has grown her career through dedication, hard work, and a passion for supporting others. Natalie keeps the back office running seamlessly, from administrative operations to accurate and timely payroll. She credits her success to being part of a team that values commitment and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and continuing a family tradition: an annual Disney World trip. Dawan brings over a decade of experience in talent solutions and account management across the nonprofit and private sectors. At Hire, Dawan is known for his high energy, positive outlook, and commitment to helping others succeed. Dawan partners closely with clients and associates to deliver career opportunities that create lasting impact. He’s led second chance program initiatives in Columbus and opened new warehouse facilities in St. Louis and California. His mantra “Positive Thoughts = Positive Results” guides everything he does. Off the clock, Dawan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, weekend visits with his parents, fishing, entertaining, and staying active.

With over 21 years of experience in the talent solutions space, Sarah specializes in warehouse and light industrial process improvements, labor solutions, and high volume workforce programs. She is a strategic, relationship driven leader who excels in building long-term client partnerships. She brings deep market knowledge, and a proven track record, including billing over 6,000 hours in just six months. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys antiquing, gardening, and hosting pop-up sales at her one room schoolhouse built in 1896 by her grandfather.

Angelo Peña

With nearly three decades in the talent solutions industry, Angelo brings deep expertise and a passion for helping people find the right opportunity. A proud UT Dallas alum, Angelo made a seamless transition from employment advertising into talent solutions. Known for his strong closing skills, Angelo landed Southwest Airlines as a client on a one-call close. He thrives on building meaningful relationships and connecting companies to top talent. Outside of work, you’ll find him reading, attending concerts, or even practicing calligraphy!
