With over 20 years of staffing and recruiting experience and a foundation as a CPA, she brings deep industry expertise and a focus on results. Melissa helped shape Hire’s culture and success, earning repeated spots on the Inc. 5000 list. Known for her collaborative spirit and drive for excellence, she values referrals and repeat business as the highest compliments. Outside work, Melissa supports community causes and enjoys family time, especially cheering on her son Grant at AQHA events.

Melissa Zimmerman

Vice President of Operations

With more than 16 years of experience in staffing, Melissa specializes in operational leadership, workforce solutions, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain. She is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating strategies and processes that help both clients and employees succeed.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three-year-old grandson, traveling to the beach, cooking, crafting, and decorating. She also stays involved in professional and community organizations focused on workforce development and the growth of the logistics and supply chain industry.

Natalie Nicholson

Administrative Manager

Natalie joined the Hire team directly out of college and has grown her career through dedication, hard work, and a passion for supporting others. Natalie keeps the back office running seamlessly, from administrative operations to accurate and timely payroll. She credits her success to being part of a team that values commitment and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and continuing a family tradition: an annual Disney World trip.
