What began as solving our own problem became solving the same problem for warehouses, fulfillment centers, and manufacturing facilities across Ohio and beyond.
The Problem We Lived
In 2003, Larry Kidd owned multiple warehouses and manufacturing facilities across Ohio. Like most warehouse operators, he faced the same staffing nightmare: 10 people would show up for a shift, and only one would finish the day. Sound familiar?
After struggling with nine different staffing agencies that sent “warm bodies” instead of qualified workers, Larry told his management team: “We can do much better than this. Let’s build our own staffing company.”
